Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread:
    In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Make the Caper-Onion Topping:
