  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crock Pot: Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray or lightly coat it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
